We provide specialist offender care consultancy services. Our primary focus is working alongside, supporting and providing critical analysis to all providers and commissioners of services both the wider criminal justice system including custodial settings, and as health and social care agencies. We work across all aspects of offender services, offering a range of operational, strategic and clinical management.

Our specialist consultants all have extensive credentials of working with offenders and in offender health; many have held senior managerial and clinical positions and all have expertise in consultancy.

Our goal is to enable the delivery of efficient and effective services through researching, supporting and promoting improvements to the management and care provision of offenders in any part of the justice system.

We have grown rapidly over the last five years to be one of the largest independent specialist offender consultancies in England. That growth has been driven by desire to see better offender management and related health and care services delivered and to help managers, at all levels, implement the changes to achieve this.

By acting as an external ‘critical friend’ we can add real value and expertise back to the services we work with. We share the values and ethics of a duty of care to the individual and seek to contribute a ‘value added’ dimension from our external perspective.
