Demonstration Video Clips
The Excel spreadsheet is easy to fill in and uses drop down boxes for you to select which provider or commissioner you want. On this page you can see two demonstration video clips of about two minutes duration, showing data entry into this spreadsheet. Both show the same thing but in different file formats.

AVI format file which can be opened using Windows Media Player - best quality showing the full screen but also a much larger file in size, and therefore a slower file to download (48MB).

Shockwave format file - not as high a quality display but can be viewed on any PC with a flash player installed (3.1MB).

It is also a much smaller file and so can be downloaded more quickly.

 

If you don't have a Flash Player installed, one can be legally can be downloaded from here - although your ability to install it on your PC may be limited by your organisations' IT policy. If in doubt consult your IT department.
