The data collection for Finance Mapping 2008/09 is now complete and individual LIT Reports, will be circulated to LIT leads. The intelligence in these reports could not be prepared without the dedicated contribution of those people at Local Implementation Team, Provider and Commissioning organisations, in both NHS and Local Authorities, who have worked hard to help produce what is probably the most comprehensive and detailed annual guide to mental health investment nationally. The National Report for 2008/09 is expected to be published by the Department in due course. Mental Health Strategies would like to place on record, their appreciation of their efforts and co-operation, which have been vital to this review.
