Ralph began his career as an accountant in local government working in both Yorkshire and Lancashire. He joined the National Health Service in 1986 and has worked for Trusts in the Acute Community and Mental Health and Learning Disability Sectors.
Ralph has recently joined MHS after many years as an executive director of finance, but also portfolios covering information management and technology amd estates.
He has recently been involved in reviews covering learning disabilities commissioner contracting requirements, as well as financial mapping of adult and older adult services.
Outside work Ralph is a trustee and honorary treasurer of the National Parkinsons Disease Society and is also a school governor.
