NHS Design Review Panel (DRP):
MHS supporting quality design

We are pleased to announce that Jenny Gill has been appointed to serve on the NHS Design Review Panel (DRP).  Jenny has spent many years working in the field of Capital Planning, specialising in Mental Health facilities.

The NHS Design Review Panel has been in existence since 2001 with the objective of improving the quality of the healthcare estate.  The DRP provides advice, guidance and support to the NHS on major schemes at key stages of their development.  Reviews are undertaken on PFI, LIFT and other publicly funded schemes above a cost threshold, which is currently set at £25m. The review process has recently been refined and the criteria are more clearly focused on the three key aspects of master planning, sustainability and quality of place.
