At Mental Health Strategies we are constantly trying to improve our working environment. Central to this is engaging with our staff and listening to their suggestions on how the organisation can best be improved

 

We see our staff as the life-blood of the organisation. We undertake staff appraisals every quarter and a staff survey every year. Analysis of our most recent staff survey makes encouraging reading for the company. The survey showed a staff base happy in their working environment, with supportive management, and with good opportunities for career progression and training & development.
