Peter O'Neill
BA(Hons) Economics & Politics, MSc Health Economics
Peter is a trained health economist. His first degree is in Economics and Politics and he has an MSc in Health Economics. Peter joined Mental Health Strategies in January 2004. Before this he worked for two years as a health economist at the University of Manchester. Peter predominantly works in the finance and service reorganisation work streams and has particular expertise in benchmarking service reviews and needs assessments. Peter also acts as our company secretary and is currently studying for membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).

• Financial Benchmarking Review – Heart of Birmingham Teaching PCT
• Specification for a Psychiatric Liaison Service – Walsall Teaching PCT
• Mental Health Needs Assessment – Camden PCT
• Capacity Modelling for Psychological Therapy Services – East Sussex Downs and Weald PCT
Outside of work Peter is an keen sports fan, and an avid supporter of Aston Villa Football Club.
