Paul's career has embraced Local Authority Social Care, NHS & Department of Health Primary Care Development and DH/HMPS Prison Health Development.
He has considerable international experience:
• working as a clinical therapist in California
• as a Council of Europe Fellow in the Netherlands examining care for older people
• looking at innovation in prison health in New York State, France and the Netherlands
Paul has an interest in the development of telehealth systems within prison services.
