Fiona is a creative, energetic and resourceful senior consultant with excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills and extensive experience in the management of mental health and social care services she has a unique blend of operational, project management and commissioning experience and a track record of delivering sustained improvement in local services and achieving national targets. Fiona's skills are in the engagement of professionals and managers in major change programmes and effective working with diverse stakeholders and communities.
Prior to joining Mental Health Strategies (MHS) she was Service Improvement Manager for Surrey and Borders Partnership Trust and prior to this was Strategic Project Director for Mental Health and also a Mental Health Commissioning Manager with experience that included:
