We again win contract to undertake finance and service mapping initiative
We are pleased to announce that we have once again been commissioned by the Department of Health and CSIP to undertake the annual finance and service mapping exercises with respect to both adult and older people’s mental health services.
We have been undertaking finance mapping since 2001 and its value and validity in the field is widely acknowledged and recognised. However, this is the second year that we have been commissioned to undertake service mapping. This is an exciting development for both us and the field of mental health more generally. The collation and analysis of financial and service mapping data in unison should provide commissioners and providers of mental health care with a better and more detailed understanding of how financial investment in mental health services translates into the quantity and quality of services delivered.
