Workforce Planning Project
Mental Health Strategies have recently been commissioned by Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust to complete the workforce planning for a £40m capital development. Whilst the development will consist of new inpatient facilities our approach will look at the whole care pathway including community teams. We will also be modeling a modernised workforce, fit for the future and one which is shaped around key policy developments such as ‘New Ways of Working’ and the ‘Productive Ward'.
